When Tiffani was diagnosed with SLE Lupus, the side effects of the illness caused her body to slow down and her brain to fog. She decided to take a step back and make time for herself to heal, where she began to study alternative healing modalities, including meditation. Tiffani’s journey with healing led her to help others to heal.
Tiffani is certified in BreathWork Level 1, Reiki 1&2, 26+2 Yoga Teacher, and Yin Yoga.
