Let’s say we’ve got some awesome ways of coping with grief, traumas, isms, and phobias, and we’re practicing grounding, self-care, and self-kindness. We’ve also been reflecting daily on questions like — what do I want? Who do I want to be? What qualities do I want to embody? Why do I want to be this person and have a particular life? In this video, we explore what’s keeping us stuck, internal and external barriers, ways to keep practicing and enhancing our coping skills – remembering self-kindness, connecting to strengths and values, going slow, and being patient as we slowly walk towards the kind of person we want to be.
