Jo has worked in health and wellbeing since leaving university over 20 years ago. Jo loves being a Health Psychologist and CBT therapist and couldn't imagine doing anything else! Jo has worked in the NHS, at the University of Surrey, has been a consultant in the development of numerous TV shows and currently works across various private clinics in Surrey and London UK.
