A trippy question to reflect on is — when I feel alone, am I really alone? Knowing that nature is within us and surrounds us might help us realize that maybe we’re not necessarily alone. Can we make it a practice to acknowledge the elements within us - the air in our lungs, the waters in our veins, the heat in our sweat, and to also connect with the elements outside of us — the breeze, the flowers, the trees, the rain, the sun, the birds. Practicing to immerse ourselves in nature and remembering that we are nature can have incredible impacts on our feelings of aloneness.
