No manager is immune to unconscious bias but we can become aware of our biases and learn to counteract them. In this session you will be introduced to a mindfulness practice to help you reconstruct how biases arise in the mind and ripple out to how we communicate with others and the way we treat them. You will learn how to relate to others more objectively and engage in practices of compassion and loving kindness to break down any barriers between in-group and out-group.
